When do you apply the concealer before or after foundation? What is a good red lipstick for dark complexion women? Thank You

Well really……you can apply concealer before and after depending on what you’re trying to achieve. If you want to cover dark blemishes under your foundation, I would suggest using a yellowish concealer to cancel out dark blemishes and then go over with your foundation and set w/ powder.
I personally use about a shade lighter concealer under my eyes to highlight…..and I do this on top of foundation or when applying foundation, leave under your eyes bare until you’re ready to apply concealer…..hope this helps.
And red lipstick I would suggest is Ruby Woo…..can’t go wrong…..be careful though because it can be very drying….be sure to use a creamy chap-stick underneath to hydrate lips
